Each package includes a custom-written script with your names and roles, easy filming instructions, and professional editing once you upload your clips. You’ll also receive a stunning 16x20" movie poster to commemorate your star moment. By default, families handle the filming themselves, but if you choose the Pro Shoot add-on, we’ll quickly connect you with a local videographer. I’m a Return and Refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.
Your personalized script will be emailed within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Once you’ve filmed your scenes and sent them back, we’ll edit your movie and deliver it digitally via email. Your 16x20" poster will be shipped by mail to the address provided.
