What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You can get a full refund if you cancel your order within three (3) days of purchase.
If you've hired a KV videographer, you're allowed to reschedule the shoot up to three (3) times. If you need to reschedule more than that, KV may cancel the project and issue a 50% refund.
For self-shot videos, you have six (6) months to finish filming. If it’s not completed by then, KV reserves the right to cancel the project and issue a 50% refund.

How many people can be in the script?

I just ordered a video package—what happens next?

Accepted Answer

We’ll create your custom script and email it to you. If you opted for a pro videographer, we’ll get that scheduled, too. You have six months to finish filming and upload your files, but we recommend wrapping up as soon as you can. Afterward, we’ll edit your video and send you the finished product, along with your custom poster and t-shirts!

What’s the usual turnaround time?

We don’t guarantee a specific turnaround time, but we aim for 2-3 weeks after your videos are uploaded. Quality takes time, and we want to ensure your content is top-notch!

Can we tweak the YouVenture script?

Accepted Answer

Feel free to get creative with the script, but stick to the main storyline and scene count. If you go too far off-script or add scenes, we may ask for a re-shoot so we can stay on track with the story and keep costs in check.

How long does it take to film a YouVenture video?

The scripts are designed to take about 1-2 hours of filming time.

Do I need to name each video file before submitting?

Yes! To help us edit your video smoothly, each file needs to be named by scene so we can match it to the script.
