KidVentures was founded in 2024 by Paul Landrum, a lifetime Oregonian, father of two children in Portland. As an avid “very amateur” actor and film buff he’s found joy in connecting with his kids making hilarious video memories together.
Inspiration struck years ago when he realized the best videos were always about someone else, within exclusive circles or completely unaffordable to most. In a world swirling with content, kids had no way to quickly and easily experience their own adventure with similar features. Enter KidVenture Studios!
Our goal at KV Studios is to provide a fun, safe, and engaging environment for youth to explore their artistic curiosities, have limitless imagination, learn what it takes to become their own filmmaker, and have fun with their friends in the process.

Paul Landrum
Founder
Paul is the founder of KV Studios, dad, engineer, seeker of fun, admirer of movies, expert cookie eater, and firmly believes in the saying he didn't invent "don't take life too seriously, you'll never get out of it alive".
Alicia Martin
Production Manager
Alicia has built her career providing fun and creative opportunities for youth at summer camps, schools, and non profits. She majored in TV/Film and Communications, loves to hike and dabbles in nature photography.
Peter Larson
VFX Supervisor
Peter is a 3D Generalist and Visual Effects Artist with over 15 years of professional experience and training from Gnomon School of Visual Effects.
Jade Harris
Production Designer
Jade has been designing for film since 2012 — working on commercials, narrative features, television, and music videos. Prior to transitioning to the film industry, she worked for local theatre companies as a costume and set designer.
Megan Woodward
Writer
Megan is an author, comedy screenwriter, ghostwriter, copywriter, and freelance editor. She specializes in all things humorous and finds no greater joy than making kids laugh.
Garrett Bennion
Videographer
Garrett is a creatively driven Video/Photo/Media Maker. He has worked with a range of talent; from bands, dancers, and influencers to tech startups and small businesses. He enjoys working with teams that inspire unique and innovative ideas.
Robert Taylor
Writer
Robert has been writing for film and television for the past decade. After getting his start working on the Emmy & Golden Globe nominated series "Grace & Frankie," he worked as a writer/producer on the Netflix/DreamWorks series "Spirit Riding Free" for its first eight seasons.
Haris Ali
VFX
Haris is a VFX Generalist and Producer with over 12 years of experience. He has contributed to over 50 films and numerous commercials for top brands including Ferrari, Palm Jumeirah, Disney TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Peroni, and Nivea.
